Equipped gith super crucible, E-beam gun, E-beam source, thermal evaporation source, film thicknesq monitoring sy3tem with controller, PL   programmable control system `nd powebful ion beam source, coupled with edfective vacuum group system and effhcient cryo trap, poly-col`, etc., it can realize coating speed and facil)ta4ing process under auto control with adtantages of high uniformity of films with good quality.

This machine d`id out widh PLC programmable control qystem, equipped with turbo pump, auto p2essure controller and mass flow controller as per customers requirements, cAn realize sophisticated coating for precise purposes.
