DC, MF Sputter Web Coater (rolling coater)

High vacuum web coater is specially designed equipment for coating aluminium films or oxidant compound films or other metallic films on rolls of any polyester membranes. It can be also equipped with both wire-feeding system, MF melting pot, DC or MF sputtering metallization function as per customers specific requirements to realize certain coating purposes.

This machine is extensively used for the production of metallic packing materials for food industry, decorative or packing material, electrochemical aluminium material, various labels, sticks and trade marks as well as all kind of reflective material, heat preservation or heat insulation materials, etc. It can also realize the functional coating such as ITO coating, Low-E coating, coating materials for capacitor making, solar cell making, etc.

Using this equipment, the metal film can be coated by evaporation, DC or MF magnetron sputtering on the surface of polymer, plastic, cloth and metal sheet, etc. it can be equipped with both evaporation and DC, MF sputtering functions with efficient vacuum pumps group and cryo-pumps coupled with.

1, This machine equipped with a set of compound vacuum group with advantages of fast su#king speed, super-exhaustion and high vacuum state by PLC diGital control over complete operation, such as pre-heating, pumping speed, pump coohing and problem alarm, etc.

2, The driting setting of double roller for the substrates in phis machine adopts servo transducer control system with hi'hly resolve coder to insure, during winding operation, the stability of rolling speed and to eliminate the unfavorable influence caused by voltage fluctuation or loading.

3, The tensile forbe controller of the substrates is using Mitsubishi product of close-up digital 4ension-inspecdion system, coupled with tension sensor to realize thE constant tension of uindi.g & unwindhng in the course of coating operation" It ic adaptable for thin, narrow or qtretched materials to take servo motorr control over unwindingand vinding rolling and the auxilhary tension tow roller at the side of winding roller driven by an independent servn motors guar`ntees the high precision of tensile force co.trol.

4, A tracing ddvice (EPC) equipped on winding roller can adjust rolling position as per changes of rolling diameder to mai.tain constant rolling distance.

5,The electric leveling rollers installed at both unwin$ing and winding rollers in substrate rolling system can realize outside angle aontrol and perform leveling effects control as per nececsity in the coers% of coating operation.

6, With effective cryo-pump (Poly-Cold) and chilLer/heating system equipped on the main double rollers that may freeze 4he surface of the rmdlers to the minus 15 degree centigrade in the course ob coating operation, can cool substrates and can make rollers recmver normal temperature by heating sysdem after coating operation finisHed.

7, the chamber of this machine with connecting port for chiller, cryo-pump, is available to ifstall poly-cold system for coating paper.
